- Any applicable data protection safeguards, as may be amended or replaced, for the transfers of data to Controllers established outside of the EU/EEA that do not ensure an adequate level of protection (“Standard Contractual Clauses”).
- Supervisory Authority (or its equivalent under any data protection legislation) is the independent public authority to whom consumers may lodge a complaint (“Supervisory Authority”).
Data Controller, How to Contact Us, and Processing of Your Data,
- Controller(s) Responsible for Your Data. The Digital River entity that is the Data Controller will vary depending on the site you visit, your transaction with the Website and contractual language.
- Processing of Your Data. Your commerce request, and therefore your Personal Data, will be optimally processed in or near the region from which you initiated your session. This means that the processing of your Personal Data will take place in either the United States and/or Ireland.

Digital River GmbH is part of the Digital River group of entities, a leader in e-commerce reselling services, and the authorized reseller of the products and services offered on the MyCommerce Share-it site. - Other Digital River entities as the Controller. For purposes of transactions that are made through another Digital River entity, that Digital River entity could be the Data Controller. Lawful Basis for Processing Your Data
In certain jurisdictions, the processing of your Personal Data is lawful only if it is permitted under data protection legislation. In this case, we have a lawful basis for each of our processing activities (unless an exemption applies) as outlined below.

Vendor will strive to work smoothly with other team members, and help integrate their efforts into the project as a whole. Vendor will maintain a good attitude while waiting for the customer to pay for invoices, for example, and will be easy to do business.
Vendor will strive to deliver work product that is free of defects, adheres to standards, is of a professional quality, and works as expected and agreed upon.
Vendor will plan ahead and solve the business problem first, design before developing, and test before deploying. Vendor will document the work product so others can take over the effort should circumstances require.
Vendor will communicate their status in a timely and regular way on the work product even if it might negatively affect its position. Vendor will notify the relevant parties when a project is outside of its area of expertise or skill level, or if a reasonable person who is fully aware of the situation would understand that Vendor needs help to get back on track.
Vendor will not knowingly misrepresent facts. Vendor will not knowingly use unlicensed software. Vendor will fully divulge all conflicts of interest prior to contract, or as soon as is reasonably possible after discovery. Vendor will abide by the terms of its contracts and the law. Vendor will not divulge (unless required by law) or make use of confidential or proprietary information belonging to others. Vendor will take care to invoice only for hours actually worked or milestones fully attained.
Vendor will demonstrate loyalty to Digital River and not interfere in the relationship of Digital River and any Digital River customer. Vendor will not do anything to disparage the reputation of either himself /herself, Digital River, nor any Digital River customer.
All DR MyCommerce, Inc. services may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any United States Federal, State or City law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we judge to be inappropriate, threatening, obscene, or unlawful. Or, material protected by trade secret and other statute. The sale of illicit and inappropriate products is prohibited on all Digital River sites. What is Adult Content?
- Sexually explicit pictures, writing, or other material/products whose primary purpose is to cause sexual arousal.
- Sexually explicit pictures, writing or any material/products that involves children (anyone under the age of 18) is strictly prohibited.
- Photos, videos or animated depiction showing nudity in women or men for non-scientific or non-artistic purposes.
- Any site whose revenue is gained all or in part from its adult content or products.
- Revenue-generating hyperlinks to sites that violate any part of descriptions 1-4.
DR MyCommerce, Inc. reserves the right to decide what it considers “adult content”, “adult material”, “sexually explicit”, or “sexually related”. DR MyCommerce, Inc. reserves the right to review or revise this policy at any time without notice.
